On Dec 13th at Ketch 22, Erin Harrigan, a seasoned sales professional, gave a presentation on sales script writing. She started out the presentation noting that she's actually not a fan of sales scripts. However, she proceed to present a concept called PITCH. It was an excellent presentation and it's clear why Erin is so successful with sales. When she does write sales copy or presents in-person, she uses PITCH in her language. This video summary hits the high lights, but I highly recommend you attend any event where Erin is speaking. She is an extremely knowledgeable, insightful and engaging speaker.
